A fun bohemian barn wedding with a colorful wedding arch, bright florals, and confetti featured on Intimate Weddings and The Budget Savvy Bride.
Engaged couples, if you’re looking for fun, colorful and creative ways to dress up your barn for your wedding, look no further!
Back in June, I had the pleasure of being a part of a unique bridal showcase hosted by Heaven Sent Farms that featured three Pittsburgh Wedding Planners who styled there corner of the barn in completely different ways. I knew from the moment I signed on that I wanted to create a wedding that: 1) put a different, non-traditional spin on your typical barn wedding, 2) incorporated bold colors and a playful atmosphere, and 3) put the gorgeous scenery of Heaven Sent front and center.
About the shoot from Dawn Derbyshire Photography...
"A colorful, South American inspired look fit perfectly with the lush rolling hills of the property, creating the perfect blend for this intimate wedding inspiration. The wind was whipping, creating beautiful movement in the ribbon ceremony backdrop and ribbon details at the reception tables. Pairing the dark wood of the farm tables with bud vases and metallic pieces really helped the bold color palette shine through in the floral elements and patterned dishes. The sweetheart table was adorned with the bride’s fun, textural bouquet and a large floral arrangement, keeping the setup more simple to showcase the gorgeous vintage chairs for the bride and groom. The groom wore a gorgeous navy suit and white bow tie, perfectly accented with his warm toned boutonnière. The bride rocked bare feet, perfect for the farm, and a gorgeous flowing dress that blew on the windy hills of the venue. A large floral comb was a perfect pop of color against her loose hairstyle, accented by little braids."
